What in God’s name… no, not gonna do it… I could hazard a guess… I could make assumptions… I could call the Department of Human Services… but the best bet would be to just let this one go, bury it deep into my soul, and never speak of it until my death bed. I’m going to take my cue from the woman sitting next to them in the yellow shirt. Stare at the floor as if I’m trying to burn holes in it with my eyes and try not to cry…  

Why am I reaching for my cell phone? What am I doing? No, I can’t take a picture of this… I won’t take a picture of this… oh shit, I just took a picture… It’s really creepy… I should erase it… or move in for a better angle… oh God, I’m sick… I just took another… this one really captured the look of catatonic joy on the lady’s face whilst accentuating the exceptional comb over on the gentleman’s head……. what has this city turned me into? Thank God I’m on my way to therapy.
